Preamble These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any reservation made online on the cezenole.com website for the seasonal rental of Villa La Cèzenole (17 rue des Mas de la Cèze, 30430 Méjannes-le-Clap), concluded between the owners (hereinafter "the Lessor") and the client (hereinafter "the Lessee").
Article 1 - Purpose and Capacity The premises are rented furnished on a seasonal basis. The villa has a maximum capacity of 7 people. The Lessee agrees to respect this maximum number.
Article 2 - Booking and Deposit The reservation is made online on cezenole.com. It becomes firm and definitive upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total rental amount, paid by secure payment on the site. To definitively validate the booking, the Lessee must provide the Lessor with their main postal address.
Article 3 - Payment of the Balance The balance of the rental amount must be paid no later than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date via secure payment on cezenole.com. Any tourist taxes will be added to the amount due.
Article 4 - Security Deposit A security deposit of €750 is required no later than upon entering the premises. It can be paid by bank transfer, in cash, or by check payable to the Lessor. This deposit is intended to cover:
Article 5 - Cancellation Policy In the event of cancellation by the Lessee:
Article 6 - Arrivals and Departures The rental starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Keys are handed over by the Lessor or their representative and must be returned upon departure.
Article 7 - Lessee's Obligations and House Rules
Article 8 - Included Services and Charges Rent includes: city water, heating, AC, Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels. End-of-stay cleaning is included, EXCEPT for the barbecue and fireplace, which must be cleaned by the Lessee. Pool maintenance is also included. Extra TV services (VOD) will be billed after the stay.
Article 9 - Insurance The Lessee declares having a multi-risk insurance policy covering rental risks (water damage, fire). The Lessor is not liable for theft in the rented premises.
Article 10 - Termination and Disputes Any breach of obligations will result in automatic termination 48 hours after an unsuccessful formal notice. This contract is governed by French law.
