• Lounge side: Enjoy air conditioning, very high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic) for remote work, and a giant 75-inch 4K screen for your movie nights.

🛏️ A sleeping area designed for absolute rest In a wing dedicated to tranquility, the villa offers 3 bedrooms with bedding praised by our guests:

• The Master Suite (air-conditioned): Queen Size bed (160x200), en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, and direct access to dive into the pool right after waking up.
• The Blue Room (air-conditioned): Three single beds (90x200) of great comfort, perfect for children or friends.
• The Yellow Room: A cozy cocoon (140x200 bed) facing north, benefiting from gentle ventilation and the natural coolness of the house.

🌴 Your 1,500 m² private oasis The fully enclosed and landscaped garden is a true ode to the Mediterranean (olive trees, lavender, yuccas, rosemary).

• Swimming: The salt-water pool (8x4m), heated to 28°C from April to October, boasts a sumptuous lagoon color. It is secured by a solar-powered roller cover.
• Relaxation & Leisure: A huge 70 m² terrace with electric awnings shelters your outdoor meals and barbecues. Under the shaded arbor, share an aperitif while others enjoy the large private garage equipped with foosball and a ping-pong table.

Less than a 10-minute walk from the shops, head straight out to explore 200 km of marked trails, the spectacular Grotte de la Salamandre, or stroll through the alleys of nearby villages labeled "Most Beautiful Villages of France": Lussan, Montclus, La Roque-sur-Cèze, and Aiguèze.
