Is the pool heated all year round? No, our beautiful lagoon-style saltwater pool is open and heated to 28°C from early April to the end of October (weather permitting). It is winterized from mid-October to the end of March.

Do we need to bring our own bed linen and towels? Not at all! Travel light: the beds are made upon your arrival. We provide complete bed linen sets, bathroom towels, large bath towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels.

Do you accept pets? Small pets are welcome at La Cèzenole, but strictly upon prior request. Please contact us before making your reservation so we can approve their stay with you.

Is end-of-stay cleaning included? Yes, end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate. We simply ask that you leave the house in a tidy condition, empty your bins, and clean the barbecue if you have used it.

Where can we park our vehicles and bicycles? You have access to secure outdoor parking in the courtyard (with an electric gate) as well as a large private garage (47 m²), which is very convenient for safely storing your bicycles or motorcycles.

What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. To allow us enough time to prepare the villa perfectly for the next guests, check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest on the day of your departure.
