Living area air conditioning: Installation of air conditioning in the living room, dining room, and veranda for ideal coolness even in summer.
New mobile barbecue: Replacement of the fixed barbecue with a contemporary mobile model, more functional and secure.
✨2023 - 2024: A Sublimated Pool Setting
- HIGH-SPEED FIBER INTERNET: Installation of a high-speed fiber connection (Orange provider).
Pool renovation: The pool was renovated with a light gray finish, giving the water an elegant, crystal-clear "glacier / lagoon" color.
Smart filtration: System modernization with a permanent water analysis chamber for continuous optimal swimming quality.
Landscaping: Planting of a magnificent triple Cordyline near the pool area.

5-Star Recognition: The Ministry of Tourism rewarded our constant efforts by awarding a 5th star to La Cèzenole.
Home Cinema: Installation of an impressive 75-inch LG micro LED 4K television (nearly 2 meters diagonal).
Remote Work & Connectivity: Creation of a dedicated office space benefiting from very high-speed internet.
Simplified Arrival: Installation of a modern remote-controlled gate for direct access upon your arrival.
Relaxation under the olive trees: Addition of a "Montceau" garden bench and renovation of exterior doors (pool house and laundry room).

Glass filtration pool: Replacement of filtration sand with glass for purer and more transparent water.
Outdoor improvements: Installation of anti-slip and heat-resistant flooring around the pool, and a new motorized awning for the terrace.
Redesigned bedrooms: New high-end queen size bed (160 cm) with topper in the air-conditioned master bedroom. The yellow room has been redecorated and equipped with a high-performance ceiling fan.

Mediterranean garden: Complete metamorphosis of the 1,500 m² park with the planting of Florentine cypress, olive trees, Mexican orange trees, oleanders, pittosporum, etc., all under automatic drip irrigation; and peach and apricot stone mulch
